Hi warriors
there are tons of "theories" about big brother google watching your next move, to be sure you play by the rule i was playing with a proprietary script to acquire backlinks from blog by posting comments now the seo guys usually tell you that geting tons of backlinks quickly will put you in trouble i never really bought this idea as some authority websites get tons of links really quickly, and some media buzz can generate tons of backlinks to your site in a few hours so I used one of my own website that rank for some obscure keywords, and submitted tons of blogs comments using this powerful script. I have done that for a full week and the most of the backlinks in a day was 5,000 blogs comments submission Guess what happen???? . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . I got lot of visitors from these blogs, and the website is still ranked to that date, a month after the intensive week submission my 2 cents on backlinks speed and all the seo urban legends Mary |

That's not the software that auto-posts those lame comments like - Nice post. I like your writing style. I'll be sure to follow your blog for new content etc.

Is it really spam if your posting it on your own site? hehe I mean if you want the posts to be there to get more backlinks then its just posting a $h*t load of posts

I don't think that's what she was saying. I think she submitted her site's link to a ton of blog comments on other blogs.

but maybe your right she may have meant otherwise I take that as she tested it on one of her own sites to see if she could get backlinks from her own site to another site of hers

Ahhh well it all depends in SEO land...maybe not neccesarily an urban myth etc.
How old was your blog site? What Pr ranking did it have? how many links to start with etc? The thing is that it really depends on a few different factors...google looks at the inherent trust that has been assigned to your site. Therefore if you did that with a brand new site you might find that you could potentially be sandboxed or banned from the listings. Also, it really depends in what niche you are operating...the reason being is that Lionbridge has the contract for Google human reviewers. Thats right folks! High traffic search terms are viewed by human reviewers who can and will zonk your site for having crappy content or black seo techniques. So just spamming your way to the top of ABC marketing method might work but it sure wont work for a term such as "sex" or "viagra" etc. Also, in some niches its quite common for a webmaster to file a complaint with google about your site supposedly "breaching" some rule. So Big G will go and investigate and run through your site with a fine tooth comb...if they find a bunch of spammed comment links then you are likely to get de-indexed etc. |

I can't believe Google is not slapping these comments. Today over 25,000 comments ranked for the same thing.

This is key to what she posted. What it read like to me was that she used obscure keywords from her website as anchor text linking back to her web site from other blogs using a script.
