Give out free reports and stuff first to build up a list before you launch it. Talk to other Warriors in the warrior joint venture part of the form and get affiliates and launch partners.

I have an another important question...

If my hoplink page is my opt in page, and the customer will not get to see the pitch page until they subscribe via email, do affiliates still get commission, even though the pitch page is seen after email subscription?

If you're collecting the potential customers' email addresses and building a list, you may find it a little difficult to attract many serious affiliates anyway. This is what affiliates refer to as a "leaky sales page". (Think about it from their perspective: they want to build their list, not yours. Why should they promote your product when they can instead promote a product of another vendor who doesn't have an opt-in?).

There's good advice above from Spire8989.

That's a great point Alexa. So If I want to use a squeeze page to build my list, I should probably use JV partners who want to exchange lists with me and also become joint affiliates.

So not only will I make money as a result of sending my clients to a JV page with my own affiliate link for his product, but I will also make money because his list will buy a particular percentage of my product too when they opt in. And vise-verca.

Is it more profitable in the long term to vendor your product 'sales page' on clickbank, or to do it with an opt-in page and with JV partners?

What is the better strategy?

I just ran out of experience-level to answer: I'm an affiliate, not a vendor. Others who know more will be along soon enough!

Thanks for the info so far.

Can you answer this question please?

If my hoplink page is my opt in page, and the customer will not get to see the pitch page until they subscribe via email, do affiliates still get commission, even though the pitch page is seen after email subscription?

It's very important for my sales strategy.

Cheers,

mobosorous

First, you need to make a GOOD QUALITY product.

Second, you need to promote it YOURSELF, and only when you know your conversion and refund rate, start contacting affiliates.

You'd better have a converting sales copy.

Take it easy... one step at a time.

Yes they will (unless their affiliate cookie is overwritten).

You could also remind them to reconfirm later and send them right through to the vendors page. I usually do this. I make my submit button say - GIVE ME INSTANT ACCESS NOW! and the aweber form sends them through my affiliate link right to the vendors page(no waiting).

Cheers Mike. I think I might try both. I have tried opt-in straight to product page. But I have never tried 'the sales page' after opt in method. Have you tried this method Mike?
