I need 3 simple things done for $25 can you help me?

Hello,

I am looking for a guy who can...

1. Take a logo I have drown out in paint and make it real with collar and so on ( just quick and simple no big big deal ) and switch it with the current one that is on my joomla website.

2. Change the back ground collar of my joomla website from dark blue to a nice lite blue.

3. Install prosper202 on a domain name that I have.

And I need this done today!

Is there any one out there that can help me with this?
