If so, the refund procedure is in that email. If not go to clickbank and look around. All The Best!! TL

I think that you should contact the vendor and not Clickbank. At least, that's what I did the only time I requested a refund.

Go to ClickBank's home page.
Click on Help Center. Click on the green Customer Help. Enter ClickBank Order Number. You are then offered a choice of actions. Hope this helps, Richard |

Hi again..
Thanks so much to Richard[trafficstormdirect] for your directions. Led me right to it. For other Clickbank affiliates and vendors who need this info, here is the URL to the page with refund/cancelation info. Customer Support Ticket System So again, thanks for answering my question so quickly. Sandy |

![]() ![]() ![]() It's absolutely wrong!! Refunds are processed through Clickbank, and with no emails, you go to their customer support page and fill in a refund request with your receipt number. But these are good news, if people here don't know how to request a refund from CB, then great, regular folks have no clue about this too. Good news for marketers.

Whats absolutely wrong??? ClickBank encourages you to get support and refund requests from the product owner... Requesting a refund directly from ClickBank is a last resort (i.e. The product owner will not respond to your request)... I also like the system in place that when someone requests a refund the product owner has 24 hours to respond to the request... Mike Hill
