Hey Warriors, Would you install a script that enables you to have LIVE support chat that you can integrate with your mobile phone. Your customers experience a LIVE Support Chat. You get to sit on your couch. What do you think? |

No, I won't. Too much work if you have a lot of customers needing support.

Too much work for me, myself. I guess I could outsource it if it came to that. But a person doing IM full time may find use for it as it may save a bunch of sales each day. TL |

Think it's a great idea in small chunks. If you scale your business up and get so many customers, it could get out of hand. But, Never say Never... I Like It! Regards, JodiB |

I would definitely use it, I am out of the office most of the time. Sounds Great. |

Its not a bad idea, but I have a few questions. What would the features be for turning it on or off? Can you do it from your phone? No one wants support calls after work and if you're away from your computer it would be ideal to remotely activate and deactivate the program.

Trapp, Good Ideas haven't thought about that but I would say you could remotely turn it on or off , similar to a messenger. |
