Alright... I'm gonna start out by saying that I want this to resemble the posts I am known for on the Wealthy Affiliate forums. If you stop after the first paragraph, take away just this one thing: Helping others has a funny way of helping yourself. What you give is what you get? Yeah, you know, that sort of thing!
Anyways, quick background. A few months back I began internet marketing and it should be known that as a senior in high school, my time is limited. I only have a couple hours a day to dedicate to IM and as such, I make a point to make sure that the time I DO get to spend online is spent well. Ready To Get Things Done?
Alright, enough of the blah blah. Action is key in IM, often you might be unsure of your direction, but don't let that stop you from doing something. so, here's a list of my top ways to ALWAYS MOVE FORWARD.
So basicaly... GET GOING! You've taken your forum break, now it's time to put that motivation I know you've got brewing INTO ACTION! Ready? Set?! Do Something! |

Everyone keeps telling me they wish they had started IM at my age... I'd be an idiot not to take that as my cue to LEARN LEARN LEARN! ; )

Work in targeted bursts is awesome advice! Good job.
Most of us burn out if we sit and try to grind it out for hours without more than a pee break. I try to work 40 minutes of every hour I'm here in my office. I play the other 20. Sometimes I'll take 4 five-minute breaks in an hour. Other times I'll take it all in one big chunk. The key is moderation. Don't overwork yourself. But don't underwork yourself either. Common sense that is anything but common. Great post! John |

If possible, play you music in the background.
Loud enough to hear but not loud enough to dominate - unless your doing a repetitive task etc. TL |
