Advice Pls: When You Submit Articles Under a Pen Name On EZA,& You're Using An Article Submitter

Well, if you submit articles under a Pen Name and want to submit to other article directories using an article submitter,..

Would you create a new Profile everytime you uses a new pen name or how do you do it? Creating a new profile everytime is tiring and takes a lot of time ..

Is there any better way?

I use articlebot to submit my articles.

I prefer to manually submit to ezine articles I am not sure why but I like to do that one properly I do have a few pen names with eza

Nope Danny...

What I mean is ...
Say, you want to submit all those articles that you have submitted under a pen name on EZA to other article directories. If article 1 is under the pen name Erick and your main username on EZA is Danny.

And you have setup in ArticleBot a profile under Danny.

What would you do? Do you set up a separate profile on Article bot for Erick to do the submission or how? It would be weird to submit articles which was under Erick on EZA to other article directories under the name Danny right?

But creating a separate profile with ArticleBot or other article submitter is going to take a lot of time. So, I wonder what is the best way to do it..

People in the throws of such an identity crisis can always change their names by "deed poll", you know ...

I personally would spend the hours getting teh accounts sorted! or you could out source that task!

Huh.. and expert suggests using different pen names for each different niche .. so I will have to spend hours for each new name? OMG..

Are you worried that EZA won't like you having the same article under a different name? It's true that it's against their rules, but if your article is already approved at EZA I don't think they will know. And even if they see all the other articles they can't prove you posted those articles, they could be scraped without your permission.

I think it only matters when you are submitting to EZA after the article is already in other directories already.

Personally I post the original article to EZA, goarticles, and articlesbase manually (EZA first) using my real name or favorite pen names, then I spin the article and submit variations to lots of other directories under whatever pen name is current in my submitter.

Nope.. not really. That's not my concern. I am worried what visitors would think when they found 2 identical articles under different names. They will lose trust right?

Oh.. ok. That's a good work around. "Spin" the original articles and submit them to other directories. So, it will look less awkward to visitors..even if they are all under different names. Thanks!

Not necessarily, and I think it's probably a much rarer problem than people realise. Most people don't notice, or care, I think.

I don't ever have the same article under two different names, myself, but primarily because I'd be worried about article directories and their regulations, rather than about customers.

But I do use a lot of different names in different niches. (Unfortunately, it's not always an advantage to be "too young" and "too female". )

Well, don't upload your photos to the directory then, Alexa.

But that lead me to another question when we talked about photos...
In EZA terms and condition.. it says "Photo must be actual photo of YOU or have YOU in the photo"

And they say "We only allow one author membership account per human".

And yet.. they allow photos upload for each Pen name.

What does that tell you? Help to understand this pls.....

That's slightly surprising. But I suppose there might be people who want to use a lot of different names each with their own real photo attached(?).

I think having a photo might add something, might even increase the clickthrough rate. But they'd spot it pretty quickly, you can be sure, if you had different people's photos in the pen-name profiles.

It tells me that EZA is acknowledging that there are people running article submission services, where the person running the account is the "one human" and the photos with the pen names presumably the clients'. It's a workable compromise.

Edit: This is incorrect. I went back and checked the TOS, and Author Guideline #1 says authors may only post articles for which they own all rights to publication. Posting articles owned by clients obviously does not fit that definition. My apologies for stating an opinion as if it were fact without checking it first.

Truth be told, I don't really pay attention to the article author. At this stage, I assume it was either ghost written or skimmed from a few minutes of superficial research. I expect the articles to be virtually the same. And I rarely click through to whatever site is being promoted.

On the plus side, I'm probably a little more jaded and cynical than the average reader.

Right.. those who wish shooting themselves.. but really, I just don't get it. Perhaps it's a global feature that EZA cannot personalized.

Well that is true especially when the photo is located at where your bio are with all those $$ links.
