I can't believe that Elance's support can be so horrific. I funded the Escrow over $500. The service provider did not do the job and submitted the cancellation. Elance emailed me an email to confirm the cancellation which I've confirmed. Then, after 3 days, there isn't a word from Elance. I submitted a support ticket to them. Another 3 days gone. Not a single response. I sort of "threaten" them with a Paypal complaint. Still no reply after 2 days. Forgot it, I've just filed a Paypal complaint 5 minutes ago. Anyone has bad experience with that? |

Sorry for your trouble Joseph but this is why you do not deal with escrow and freelance sites. There are services providers right on this forum, get to know them and build a relationship, you would be much better off.. James |

Recently had the same thing happen to me with oDesk... luckily they did return my money.. Wont try that route again. From here on if I need work done itll be from a fellow warrior. Sure rates are higher.. but the quality of work should be higher. |

I quit using eLance some time ago. Their support is crap and so too are their providers.

I used to make all my money freelancing graphic design through Elance. I quit them because of many customer support issues. They haven't been the service they used to be for several years.
