Free e-books what they do with email address?

INTERNET MARKETING

I see many offers with Free E-books and they require only a name and an email address to get that e-book.

I am asking why they take the email , is used for what ? I have the feeling is not for a newsletter from that website.

When you sing in for a free ebook or a newsletter, the owner ot the site will contact you generally in a regular basic offering you new information about the same subject and time to time product or service to buy.

Once you give them your email they have the 'right' to send you offers and such. It's not considered spam because you voluntarily gave them your address.

Don't be afraid to opt-in if you're interested in what is being given away. I do it ALL the time and have received a lot of valuable information this way.

You can always opt-out if you get annoyed.

I agree with you JBorhez, I you need or want something people are offering for free optin and follow him to see how is traiting you and of course you can opt-out at anytime if you want...

We all have our email somewhere! (LOL)
