Default How Do I Word My Opt-In Form?

While You're Reading...

Let me send you a completely free beginner's course to exercises to get you started. These are exercises I was able to produce real results with and I want to share them with you!

Just fill out your name (or leave it blank if you want) and your e-mail address to get started.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's what mine says right now... but it's not getting a very good rate for how many views it's received. Do you have any suggestions on how to word this better or make opting in more appealing?

Put it in a centered table with a dotted outline around it - I noticed you aren't doing this and it tripled my opt-ins.

Make 'while you're reading' a red font - whichever read looks good.

Change 'Just fill out your name (not required) and your e-mail address to get started.' to 'I respect your privacy and hate spam as much as you do, I'll never sell or giveaway your email address' - or something along those lines at least.

Mainly do the centering and table outline though.

Hah! Not high on the list of responses I would have expected.

OK. First, I'm assuming your opt-in form is top right corner of the web page, not a pop-up. My expectation is that the opt-in isn't being sold well enough in the page content. You have much more room to convince people there than in the corner of the page. Get that right, and you can simply say something like, "Get the proven techniques I used to get REAL results! My FREE e-course will show you EXACTLY how to add length and girth to your manhood."

Then word the submit button with something other than "Submit" - "Super Size Me!"?

If I had been drinking milk while reading that last reply, it would have come out my nose.

Oh, and is it alright to have the opt-in form on the same site as my lander? I have a multi-page lander that I also want to use for my list building. Is it ok or is a completely dedicated squeeze page necessary?
