Purchased a Clickbank Product that was Crappy but Great Customer Service...........

Yes, last weekend I wanted to watch my beloved Vols take on Georgia in SEC Football. Well, my wife googled for free ways to watch the Game as we live out here in California. We found software to Download (Antz, etc...) so we did it but Wifey had a change of heart because it was too much downlaoded software and she thought it might hurt her new computer with Viruses etc...

Anyway. we looked around after deleting this downloaded software and found an Ad on Google that said you could get 3,600 Channels for $29.95 . We thought WOW, this is great we bought it and it was a Clickbank Product.
Well, I got it and low and behold it was the same stuff we just downladed for FREE one hour before. I was needless to say very upset. What a rip off I said to myself. Why pay for something that is totally free to find on the Internet ??

So I cancelled and asked for a Refund. I thought it would take a while to get this Refund back. Like a few months. So my expecations were very very low.

But do you know what happened ?? Within 24 hours my $29.95 was back in my Paypal Account fully refunded.

I was shocked. A crappy product but wonderful Service from Clickbank. I am soo impressed especially since I am a Clickbank Affiliate myself.

Listen, I realize you will run into crap products but the fact that Clickbank is on top of it with speedy refunds is very reassuring !!

Kudos to them as I thought this might be a nice little story for a Company that too often gets slammed on these Boards !!

Clickbank is great when your a customer, but your ears would be smoking right now if you where the affiliate that sold it...

Glad you got a hassle free refund...

Purchase via clickbank and paypal and you are protected.

Yeah, but in all due respect in my opinion he has no right to sell a product for $30 that you can Google for free and get all of it for free in minutes.

Of course it is totally legal and we live in a free Capitalistic Society ,but to me it is not ethical whatsoever.

And this Sh@t tarnishes the ethical marketers out there who provide unique products and information that you cannot get free anywhere.
