Pay Per Lead affiliates?

Can anyone of you suggest me some pay per lead sites which pay via paypal?

Most CPL offers will expect to pay you 30-60 days out by check.

CPL is prone to fraud and the companies who manage these offers need time to prove your leads are legit.

I don't know any who pay by paypal.
