Default Do You Provide Technical Support for PLR Products?

Hello PLR Products,
Here is a question for PLR product sellers. When you are selling products especially bonuses like softwares or wordpress tutorials or auto responder tutorials, do you provide technical support for those products? For non-techies, how have you been able to get around this issue?

I would love to hear your views.

Thanks,
Dan

I provide a certain amount of technical support, but there's a limit. There are a lot of newbies who buy products and know practically nothing about computers, marketing, business ... you name it. The "technical support" in these cases can become a lifetime project for which you do not get paid a cent. There's a time to direct these people to online tutorials and Google to advance their education because education is what they need rather than a few specific details about your product.

Thanks. That's exactly my concern. I am not averse to customer support, but if the questions that come are too basic and take too much of my time, it will not be worth my time. I am thinking of adding such products as bonuses so that it limits the technical questions that come through.
