Hi guys, I'm new to the forums, so forgive me if this question has been asked: Is there any software that will help me manage multiple web sites? I have 27 sites (all Hostgator/Wordpress) ... It's hard to keep up with all the content, the passwords, the backups, statistics, etc and I don't want to slim that count down because it's currently making me a lot of money (I monitor them all VERY carefully and do a lot of split testing, etc - it's a full-time job) Right now I use a hodgepodge of Excel, Google Analytics, a wordpress plugin that emails me a backup every week for each site (gah), a directory structure on my computer that has all the media, articles in various formats, social media sites, etc. Overall, it's a content management nightmare. Anyone have a good, systematic method for dealing with all this STUFF? ![]() Thanks in advance, Jack p. s. - Forgot to mention all the other stuff like remembering what needs to go out when ... I use a Google Calendar for the schedule-related stuff |

Go to the WSO area and look for Edna - she has software that can help you manage a ton of blogs at once.
