How do I describe book when looking for cover designer and editor?

Hi, I have an ebook that requires both an editor and a ebook cover deisigner. I want to list the project on sites such as elance, looking for bids on the projects. I do not know the best way to position the project the minds of the person looking at the project. The book is called The Conduct Knockout Broadcast Interviews System and is designed to enable people to product and host an interview on TV or radio. The System is aimed at journalism students, people working in broadcasting interested in interviewing as well as producers and program directors. A secondary market will be people doing interview programs on the internet or other web related shows. So do I call it a textbook or is there another way to describe the project. It is clearly non fiction, but after that I am at a loss for the best way to position the system in a creative persons mind. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to describe the Conduct Knockout Broadcast Interviews System?
