Kudos to Chris Knight of EZA

I know we all like to gripe when people do things wrong, but I like to also focus on times when people do things right, too.

I had emailed Chris when I posted in the WF trying to figure out my article issues. He promptly (within 24 hours) got back to me, explaining what I did wrong.

Kinda nice when someone running a large site takes the time to reach out and help when needed and I appreciate that.

He could have left me floundering on my own (I'm in no way some large article contributor). But he didn't.

Thanks Chris!
Tiff

I too have nothing but great things to say about Chris since I've been
    contributing to his directory.

Glad you got things worked out.

Reminds me of Sam at DLGuard (who puts up with my incessant pestering of him to complete DLG Pro) and oh...some people running this very forum who always get back with me right away if I ever have a problem. Love the great customer service floating around the web sometimes!

At the risk of posting a one liner...

    agreed.

    Allen

    p.s. OK, I can't just post a one-liner, it's not in my personality! LOL

Chris has put a lot into EZA and has given us a very powerful tool in our IM arsenal. For him to email a single author and let her know what she did wrong on a single article out of millions, he still shows that he cares about his business (as if he didnt'show that every day in his blog posts and in his recent cracking down).

Every day I check the obituaries. If I don't see my name there, then I know it's going to be a good day!
