Default Is your desktop unwieldy? I've got the solution!

Do you have so many icons on your desktop, that you can't manage them, or can't figure out where things are quickly?

I found a free solution that I absolutely love. I thought I'd share in case it saves you as much time as it does for me. The software is called fences. You can download it here.

My desktop looks like this. Yours could too!

Do you do this for Apples as well? I tend to arrange mine in folders on my desk top and that seems to keep everything tidy. I've found Apple a hell of a lot stable than windows but I'm having trouble with my mouse ever since I downloaded a "Power Bar". It's a pain and Apple were a pain to get any support soooo...

If this is Stardocks "Fences" program, which it does look like to me seeing as I have it installed on my current desktop....there is an 'expiration' date on the trial version...and it's set to expire come some time in Nov...it's indicated during the install process so it's not uncommon for someone to say 'i missed that'...

Hope this helps..

Ray,

You wrecked my day! lol

I must have blown by that little tidbit. I can't even find out on their site where they tell what it would cost to buy it. They hide the trial and pricing well. Oh well, I guess I enjoy it until the end of November.
