Default 5 Points Why Your Niche Research Is Important

When first getting on the path of starting up your own business the FIRST and most important thing that you must do is research the niche that you are thinking of going into. There are many reasons why it is important for you to do this, but I would like to list for you the 5 that I think should be at the top of your list.

1: Firstly, don't enter a niche where there are no or so little buyers. - Some niches are considered to contain mostly freebie seekers, there may be some buyers but not enough for you to make a decent profit.

2: You do not wish to go into a niche where there is little interest. - it is no good you going into a niche where there just is not the interest or the traffic. There are several ways to find out if there is any interest in the niche that you are thinking of going into. Be warned though, if you do not do this properly you could loose money in the long run.

3: Search Traffic is or will be the life blood of your online business, no traffic = no money. - Two of the strongest ways to get traffic to your site is either by using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or PPC (Pay Per Click, paid advertising).

4: To start with you need to affiliate yourself to the best products available. - The best way to do this is visit : clickbank.com

5: You need to build a site that you can get visitors to re-visit. - The best type of site to build is a blog, these are easy to build and add new content to. its the new content thats added to your blog that will bring your interested visitors back time and time again.

These are just the 5 points that I think are most important to you in your niche research, these will hopefully help you to find a profitable niche to go into. All that said it is always best to go into a niche that you are passionate about as this will help you progress forward at a faster rate. Please bear in mind though, that the about points will not guarantee your success in your chosen niche, They are only intended as a guide.

To Your Success,

Paul.

What id like to add is:

If you use a website called quantcast you can spy on your
competitors. You can see the kind of demographic your targeting
age, sex everything.

It's a great tool to use for market research before marketers start implementing there promo tatics.
