How to offer article marketing services

Looking into the prospect of writing articles for people, and i know theres a few of you on here that do this so im afer some advice
Firstly what payment processor do you use? or reccomend?
Im thinking of charging £5 for a 400-500 word article, and do discounts if they want say 10,20 etc, is this a resonable price?
And anything else anyone can help me with? maybe some tools that you use to check your articles are unique etc
