Howdy folks,

I'm planning to convert my affiliate review website into a squeeze page in the near future; as such, I was wondering if there are any resources on list building and management that you can recommend.

I understand the basics (get Aweber, give away a freebie) - I'm more interested in stuff that covers issues such as how often to e-mail your subscribers, what the ratio of freebies to promotional e-mails should be, how many times should a product be promoted before moving on to something new, etc.

If you know of any such products or free resources, please let me know.
