I Need an AdWords Service

Hi Warriors!

Okay, I've read and written tons about AdWords and I still can't stand it. It's not that I don't get it - I just can't stand it. But I want to use it. lol

So, anyone know of a person or service who will do the following:

1.) Create X # of ads for me to paste into the system
2.) Tell me exactly how to group my keywords for each ad (provided I give them the keywords)
3.) Tell me exactly how to set the pricing structure. One thing that always irritates me is I start off good and then someone raises the bidding and most of my keywords become extinct so to speak.

I just don't want to mess with it.
