From what I remember you need to receive a certain amount of money before the limit is lifted, I think $2.500. After that they'll ask for scanned copies of your card and id.

Hope this helps.

In regards to your Paypal account it will only have a limit if you have not verified your account, you have a personal account.

Your withdrawal limit is the total amount of money you can withdraw from an unverified PayPal account. If your account is verified, you will not have a withdrawal limit.

If your account is unverified, here's how you can view and lift the withdrawal limit.
* Log in to your PayPal account.
* Click the My Account tab.
* On the Account Overview page, click the View Limits link.
*The remaining amount you can send is listed under the Withdrawal Limit heading.

To lift your limit, follow the instructions on the Withdrawal Limit page.

My account was limited and when I logged in and went to the resolution center. There I had step by step process and basically all Paypal needed was my information.

All you have to do is confirm your SSN, confirm your Address, confirm your Credit Card and bank account and provide your Business Information.

If you have any trouble just call Paypal support and they will help you out. Hope that helps

That's how I reinstated my limited account.
