| UCLA Study: The Internet Is Altering Our Brains UCLA Study: The Internet Is Altering Our Brains - Biology | Astronomy | Chemistry | Physics - FOXNews.com Seems, according to this study, "The results suggest Internet training can stimulate neural activation patterns and could potentially enhance brain function and cognition in older adults." So I am guessing that for internet marketers, who spend significant amounts of time on the internet, they should be much smarter than most. But who knows? I'd say it depends on how your time online is applied, and your personal interests. If you are someone who actually wants to learn then there is a vast amount of information to absord, if you spend your time absorbing "entertainment" in the form of bum fights, people lighting farts on fire, and people blowing themselves up with explosives... then probably not.

I definitely feel that no matter how much I learn online I'm only scratching the surface and that's there's so much more that I don't know. It always presents me with challenges that I love to overcome and looking back, just FTP'ing web pages used to do my head in, now it's an unconscious thing so I guess I must be learning something.
