| WordPress Super Cache Hello everybody, I was wanting to know the purpose of this plugin, and how to properly *configure* it, because I've been thinking of installing it on my WordPress site, but at the same time, I don't want to install any "unneccesary" plugins (if I don't have to)...? THANKS! |

You need it if you get just about any traffic. In fact, even when you are the only person hitting it you can feel the difference in speed. It is also true that you need to delete your cache after your posts if you want them to show up immediately.

When you say delete cache, is this in your browser or a WP Super cache setting?

Where is the clear cache option normally? I can't see it on my dashboard.

If I remember rightly, once you activate the plugin, there should be a 'Super Cache' section created. You will find the clear cache button in there. John Burton |

BTW, what about the "Super Cache Compression" setting, and should we have it "Enabled" or "Disabled"? | |
