I am going to do an interview on my site explaining a variety of methods that I use to help small businesses increase their sales.
I want to make it as effective as possible to instill confidence and ultimately make them opt in (email/phone #) or pick up the phone and call me for offline consulting. Does anyone have tips for graphics, content, environment and what demographic of person should interview me? |

How long is the video going to be?
I ask because it might be simpler and more effective to offer a free report for the opt-in. Your prospects might feel that they don't have enough time to watch a video. Use the report as a hook, get the opt-in, and reel them in with the videos. As for the specifics of shooting the video, identify who your clients are and base the other factors (graphics, content, environment, interviewer demographic) on that. For instance, if you deal with accountants and other similar professions you'll probably want a more corporate appearance for both yourself and the elements you mentioned but if you deal with web designers or other artistic types you can be a bit more relaxed.
