Where can I find good salespeople?

My husband and I run a design firm and last year we introduced our Salted Websites. Right now we are looking for some good salespeople to help us get the word out about our sites. In return they will get a 10% commission for every sale, which will double to 20% once they hit 10 sales. All the info is located on our website, but since this is my first post, I can't put the direct link here, so you can just ask me directly if you have any questions

Having said all of this, is there anyone on here that would be interested or know of anyone that would be interested? Also, do you know where else I can look for salespeople that you think might want to do this to bring in some extra cash?

Any insight would be awesome!

    Google shall be your best sales rep, get listed on there with high rankings and you will get people knocking down your doors... for your product (Of course this depends on how well your site converts).

    Are you ranking at all for your desired keywords? If not, then this is the first place to start and dominate. Do proper keyword research and then take action and do what it takes (white-hat of course) and get your site on the top of google.

    They will be people already selling stuff, and for them to take your offer on, it will likely have to compliment what they are already doing.

    Good sales people are always in high demand, and if you find one without a job... chances are he/she isn't any good.

    I'm a good sales person (read good not great).

    A few years ago I was in a position where I needed sales people. I advertised online. I advertised locally -- all I could get was people who had no experience. They wouldn't read the material I suggested to help them improve their sales, and I wound up taking time away from my work to close sales for them.

    So about the only way you can do it is to find people who are interested and train them yourself -- and realize that 90% of the ones you start to train won't stick around long enough for you to find out if they could have been any good.

    And if by chance, you did find a good salesperson, you must be willing to pay them. The 10% you can offer initially, isn't going to interest anyone with any skill.
