Free way to create nice header images

So many folks ask about creating header images for their Wordpress
blogs, HTML sites, etc... This should do the trick.

I was using this tool a couple of years
ago, it's brilliant.

You can very easily customize your
headers too, resize them, save them
etc in whatever format suits you.

It's an excellent tool.
