Hey Everyone
Last May I was at a workshop and I ran across Jit Uppal. He was talking about how he was building his list very fast using adswaps. So I took a few mental notes and started doing a few adswaps myself and have tripled my list size in less than 6 months. Lately I have backed off doing adswaps because I am afraid that I am just building a list of freebie seekers. I am trying to build a good relationship with my subscribers and I do not want them to think that everytime I send them an email its for another freebie that they have to opt-in to get. Now I am only doing a couple adswaps a month which leaves time to build a real relationship and also promote some products. Anyone have any advice on this |

Diamond,
I use Adswaps. I use them to create interactivity within a website. Thus, instead of having them sign up to a list that I now have to market to them again, I have them sign up to a free membership site, or marketplace, or web 2.0 property. Then I can monetize the freebie seekers with ads, offers, and upsells. |

Adswaps are excellent. Now those "freebie seekers" can easily be turned into potential buyers by "warming them up"..
Adswaps are good to build your list but also you can use other methods - e.g. give something of value in the War Room.. Thanks to the War Room I recently gave a high quality product for free and have nearly 2000 subscribers just from the War Room

Thank you for the reply
Those are things I have not considered using adswaps with. Great ideas. |
