What are the normal dimensions for a newsletter?

Well the question is in the title.

So what are the normal dimensions for an html email newsletter.

Im assuming it doesn't really matter how long but how wide?

How much space would you leave for letters in the middle?

Thanks,

Eric

Depends on your reader base. I just use the "wrap long lines" button in GetResponse and voila.

But if you're talking about HTML newsletters, then I can't be of much help. All I know is almost nobody has 640-px wide screen resolutions anymore, so the absolute minimum that you have to adjust for is 800px IMO

Following Martin Avis advice in his newsletter formula product I write maximum 65 characters per line and send as plain text
