What are some good profitable niches in a bad economy? Sales have been way down the past couple months. Economy is killing me! Is anyone buying anything right now? Any niche suggestions, of a program or niche thats hot online would be appreciated!

I would think anything to do with "credit" and "economic survival" would be good bets.

My orders for "make money online"-type content actually went up when the economy finally made itself obvious last September.

You might want to try out debt relief and related offers as well.

People are still making good money on weight loss and beauty stuff.

These are kind of vague but...just drill down a bit. Check Clickbank Marketplace for the high-gravity stuff.

Finding real estate customers for comercial business being sold, and provide a service of finding possible buyers for real estate companies and private people selling thier own business. Charge a 2% finders fee and make a ton of money.
I sold a $1.35 Million dollar gas station using only 4 press-releases I ranked on top of google. If you have great SEO skills..use it on press-releases, the amount of people I had calling was awesome and over 8000 hits per press-release
