Hey Warriors, I was wondering if any of you use project management software to organize your internet marketing? Thanks! |

Hi, I was wondering the same thing. Or maybe some warrior has a daily plan/checklist that can help me and other warriors get and STAY organized each day. |

When I first started doing my own affiliate projects (instead of just writing for other people), I got a Basecamp account (basecamphq.com). Helps me stay organized plus has alerts for those kind of daily tasks that can be hard to keep up with. (I.e. if you have 15 blogs and do all your tag page pinging, etc., on your own.) They let you start out with a free account where you can have a single project. An outsourcing company I do some work for, uses Basecamp for a stock of at least 60 (I think) writers and I-have-no-idea-how-many clients. I love it. |

For managing projects I'm outsourcing I use activeCollab. A free version of that would be PHP Collab (which I'm actually considering switching to). EDIT: Both are similar to Basecamp, which Brad just mentioned. As far as planning projects out go, I use Gantt Project. And as far as daily organization goes, it doesn't get much better than Simpleology. It's just as much of a "mind hack" as a daily organizer. Hope that helps! -Lance |

Hi Lance, I used Simleology when it first came out, but I got annoyed with having to write and rewrite all my tasks every day. I soon became very disorganized because I did not rewrite everything. Dianne PS. I will check out the software that you and Brad recommended to see if it might work for me. |
