Is aweber having problems?

Trying to set up a squeeze page with for list buildign with aweber and the darn thing seems to break every day for no reason.

tested it yesterday and could sign up just fine, now clicking submit button doesn't do anythign at all. I go to aweber grab an html code for a form (just in case I screwed up something) paste it into wordpress, open a page and try to sign up and I get this:

"Sorry, the account you tried to access was not found in our customer records. To notify the website owner of this message, push the "back" button on your web browser or check some of the selections below for more information"

What's going on?

I haven't had any problems that I know of. I have to send my newsletter out tomorrow so I hope they're ok. Is it possible the the HTML is in conflict with something else in the blog. Have you tried the JS version instead? Just an idea.

A bit late for customer service, I'll contact them tomorrow unless I can figure out wth is going on. Now I get this fun message:
"Sorry, the account you tried to access was not found in our customer records. To notify the website owner of this message, push the "back" button on your web browser or check some of the selections below for more information."

    Hi J,

i had made a few changes in my campaign, but didn't update my code in my webpage. so i got the same error message.

so, if you make even the slightest change to your campaign, then you have to grab the new html code. because the redirect id numbers change.

copy the current code from aweber into a text editor and compare it for an exact match to the code in your wordpress.

    good luck,

      thanks sdcast that amkes sense.

Ok, figured it out I suppose. Wordpress will completely screw up the code if I even look at that page in wordpress editor section (but it works fine as long as I copy & paste it and save/close the page right away lol) and my none wordpress html page apparently was missing half the code for the email submit form. Wonder how the heck that happened O_o

oh well, me and my luck with computer programs
