Ad Brokering; Any veterans know if its worth the effort?

I'm considering doing some Ad Brokering shortly.

I guess I should explain, I've been performing media buys for a few months now; with some pretty decent success.

I'm considering using the same formula I'm finding under-monetized sites with on something a bit different.

Instead of offering capital, I'll offer an account in a "private" network with some highly targeted ad's picked out for them.

In turn, I'll give them say 80% out of the net profits.

Has anybody done this sort of thing before? Is it feasible, Or even legal?
Awaiting your comments!

This is a smart way to continue to build your income without having to outlay $$$ for ad buys.

One thing you need to be careful of is that there isn't any fraud going on. For example, someone is excited to get $30 everytime someone signs up for **** berry, and they do it themselves along with their family members. All that activity from an IP location could cause trouble with your network, which in turn would also jeopardize you being able to pay your other partners.
