Default Taking Article Marketing To The Next Level

So, I just bought Jeremy Kelsall's SEO product and some other "evil marketing" or something or other and read through and watched the videos. He and Zerofill do a nice job and it's well worth the money.

After 6 months of article marketing, I am finally starting to see $100 days, but that is only because I submit article after article using a premium membership at EZA.

So, for those doing well with article marketing, I have a question. I'm finally at a point now to invest in tools to take things to the next level - and by next level I mean I just want to start making about $150 consistently a day. Obviously, my long term goals are to make more, but I need to break down my goals incrementally.

So, here's my question. I want to submit as much content as I can. But I want it to be as original as possible. So, I was thinking of buying "Mass Article Control" to spin my articles and then incorporate "Unique Article Wizard" and "SE Nuke".

The only thing that worries me is learning all of this software quickly. Anyway, that's my question. Any good thoughts are appreciated.

Hi Phil,

I am not much in article marketing... But i just wanted to say: GOOD LUCK.
You have already very specific goal i.e. $150/day
You have also chosen ONE business/marketing model: Article Marketing

We know that article marketing has the potential for more than your goal,
it has been proved many many times by others...

So b/w you are your goal is just the daily: MASSIVE ACTION and Commitment

So try to keep up the momentum and you are going to hit your goal no matter what
tool you use, or even without any tool!

Action is definitely going to generate Results!

Best Wishes,
Mohsin Rasool

Why can't you learn how to use the different content distribution services one by one?

It shouldn't take you more than a week/8 real hours to learn each of them right?

Phil,

It sounds like you already have a good amount of content out there already.

So, what is the next logical step?

To continue pounding out the articles? NO

What you want to do next is to find the content that you already have published that is ranking in the search engines in the first 10 pages or so and then start building links to it.

While you are doing that start to grow your own web properties, blogs, etc.

What this will do is allow you to have your content in peoples face on the first page of Google so that you don't have to write in those niches anymore...

Once you accomplish this, repeat the steps..

flood the market
make some quick money
improve rankings

then start over again in another niche.

I'm glad you are seeing some success - Time to work strategically now to reach your ultimate income goals

Thanks, Jeremy. The only thing that worries me about not continuing to pump out articles is that it really is my only income stream right now. So, I am looking for the best method to continue doing that while I learn how to use SE Nuke, which at the outset seems kind of daunting. I picture the crazy thing crashing on me all the time. But who know, maybe I'm just being a knucklehead about it.

So, I am going to get SE Nuke, like you advise in your SEO Bootcamp, and I was hoping to get the best spinner available, and I kind of though "Mass Article Creator" which is part of the "Mass Article Control" product would be it.

Can you please advise on this?

By the way, I really like all the products you put out and the great advice you and Zerofill write in these forums.

This is great advice and can be easily implemented by using article distribution services that allow you to spin your resource boxes.

Unique Article Wizard, Article Marketing Automation and SEnuke all allow you to do this.

Take the content that you have already written, spin it and distribute it again through some article distribution services, with the links in the resource boxes being rotated to target the urls of the articles that are already performing well for you, and also those that are in the top 10 pages of the results for your targeted keyword terms.

One thing to keep in mind is this...

With the manual spinners and SENUKE you are still going to be drastically cutting into your "writing time" so, you are going to have the same issue, really...

It takes a good bit of time to spin an article manually. So, depending on how much time you have a day...

If you are going to spend money, I would hire someone to backlink your articles that are already somewhere in the top 10 pages while you continue doing what your doing for now if maintaining the $100 a day is a priority right now...

Jeremy,

When you use article marketing is your main goal to get the articles in the top spots of google, or to make sales from the directories, or simply backlinks.

I'm still trying to work out the main goals of article marketing, I see so many people submitting mass amounts to make direct sales, others using it purely for backlinks, and some only submit a few at a time and dedicate on building links to get them at the top of results for the keyword.

Then my next query is, where do you direct the traffic from the articles? To a landing page, to the offer, your own site...?

Can you clear things up at all?

Cheers

JP

I use several because they all have different distribution lists / networks.

There is pretty much no overlap between where the services that I mentioned send your article to.

Bear in mind that you don't just want your article being sent to article directories, you want it on niche relevant blogs and websites too.

The result? Maximum mileage from a single article

I personally use 'Power Article Rewriter', though I know others prefer 'Magic Article Rewriter'.

These are not automated spinners though, you need to manually type in the rewrites; the software just makes the process easier as it automatically inserts the spinning syntax for you.

Rewriting each sentence once is sufficient. Doesn't take too long, maybe 10-15 minutes for a 300-350 word article.

I'm totally with Jeremy's idea of building up backlinks to your articles. I think it's wise to look at EZA articles as you would any other web property that brings you income.

As for the next step in article marketing, consider the possibility of article marketing from within your own blog. I've been rethinking my strategy based on an idea spurned from the wonderful Lynn Terry. In her blog, she recently talked about the value of basing blog posts on even low search-count keyphrases. A phrase that gets just 25 searches a day (750/month) hardly seems worthwhile, but that's 9000 searches per year. With many such phrases, it's easy to rank in the top 3, giving you 30% click through. What it means is that a $20/sale product you can make $500-$1000 for spending half an hour writing a blog post.

Set up a site covering a broad topic like, say, home ownership. Then regularly write keyworded niche posts with affiliate links focused on topics like lawn care, solar cells, gardening, etc. For variety, you could juggle 3-4 such blogs, doing a few posts each per week. This would build a solid income in a similar way to article marketing, only better because you'd be building your own site property. You can also be building a list for further ongoing sales.

Of course, you can still do EZA work as well. Use it to drive traffic to your blog entries.

You do not need to "pound out the articles." If you are doing good keyword research and a few other things then you can make what you are making with 10% of the articles you are currently submitting.

Thanks for all the answers to this thread. The answers always seem more difficult for me to implement than read about. But, it can be done.

I know there are a ton of people on this forum cranking in big dollars. Just read through the posts of Jeremy Kelsall, Bryan Zimmerman, and Hamida Harland, for example. Oh, that crazy Alexa Smith and her three dollar words can be thrown in there, too. These guys seem to be all making good money, and their posts are always filled with good information - I think.

These guys were in the same position as everyone else who is now is now currently sruggling to figure out the answers. They just stuck it out and now are probably very happy they did.

But, I think if anyone is going to succeed in article marketing, they have to invest in themselves. There is no other way around it. It just comes down to finding the best tools for whatever kind of marketing you are doing. And that is another thing that is probably easier said than done.

A couple questions please...

1) Some people suggest writing articles that have nothing to do with the subject of your site in order to get the back links only. The reason is because it would be extremely painful to write a freaking article about womens shoes (or whatever), for example. Have you guys checked your stats to see what percentage of your traffic gets clicked through from your resource box link at the article directories, as opposed to natural search engine traffic due to the juice from your back links?

2) Does anyone have any opinions about Big Mikes Article Bot for submitting ArticleBot V2.0 | Submit Your Articles to More Than 450 Article Directories Completely On Autopilot For Massive Backlinks and/or Content Mania for spinning Content Mania | Write or re-write article content highly optimized for LSI and top SERPS in moments with Content Mania ? They go on special once in a while for only about $7.00.

Thanks
Steve
