Do All Article Directories Have Pen Name Feature Like EZA?

If no, how do I use a pen name there?

And what 10 directories do you suggest I submit articles mandatorily too?

    Most of them do yes but you need to be careful also because not all of them have a separate profile page for each pen name.

    I personally submit all my articles under my own name so I do not worry about pen names.

        As long as the TOS allows you to do that ... Always read the sites terms, many do not do this.
