If the site is earning $1200 per month then Greg should ask for a minimum of 6 months earnings ($7200) as the asking price.. Some people would suggest to ask for even more as the site is earning more than 1K per month....

He'll be lucky to get 6 months income for it. Small affiliate sites are unstable, the income could drop at any moment. I'd price it more about the $3500 mark with sales stats.
