Hi guys,

I'm looking to sell my registry cleaner Clickbank vendor site which is earning like $1,200 a month. Is there anyone on here who will be able to tell me a good place to sell it?

I would recommend selling it on the "Websites for Sale" section of the WF.

  Only Digitalpoint is free to list...
  
  But i wanted to warn you that free listing will not get you best price!!!
  
  Spend 20-30$ with either listing network..and claim the true price for your website...

Flippa, Sitepoint, eBay, WF are good places to sell sites....

Use Escrow to avoid any scam...

If the site is earning $1200 per month then Greg should ask for a minimum of 6 months earnings ($7200) as the asking price.. Some people would suggest to ask for even more as the site is earning more than 1K per month....

He'll be lucky to get 6 months income for it. Small affiliate sites are unstable, the income could drop at any moment. I'd price it more about the $3500 mark with sales stats.
