Default how do i know what comments to approve on my blog?

I am getting comments on my blog but some of them i think people are just leaving so they can link back to their site. Other ones are from articles ive submitted to eza and stuff.

i dont know anything about what to do in this situation. what do i approve and what do i not?

Jake, here's a quick test...

Does the comment contribute anything of value to the conversation?

If it adds something, even by disagreeing with you, I'd allow it.

If it smells like a drive-by, kill it.

If it smells like a troll, kill it.

Your blog is not a democracy. If any comment doesn't seem right to you, for any reason or no reason, you have the right to remove it.
