Easy to use software to create stunning flash headers like this one

Hi,

I'm looking for some user friendly inexpensive software to create stunning flash headers like this one: 21cf.org.

Is there a program out there that can do this (other than Adobe Flash)?

Update

The cheaper alternative to adobe Flash is SWISH which lets you output your animation to flash or mpg or animated gif file.

Why not work with LOGONERDS.com and have them do this for you for very minimal fee. They have a great service.

Buy Swish MiniMax and thats all. Even my wife can do it and she is not that techy
