I currently have a .co.uk affiliate web site that has been running for around a month, and has an income of approx. $495/month. It takes 1 hour a day to update, which I outsource for $116.70/month ($3.89/hr), leaving me with a profit of $378.30/month. Hosting costs are negligible at a few dollars a month. Would the site be best valued on its income or profit - and if so, how would you value it? I've seen people talk about multiples of income, but these vary between a few months to over a year's worth of projected earnings. Thanks, Tim. |
