Just wondering who you consider to be a genuine guru. I remember Gary Halbert singing the praised of Perry Marshall. Anyone else feel the same about his work? If not, who would you consider the best? I'm not talking about overall, if you had to choose just one. Personally, from what I've seen of his work, you can't go far wrong with Perry. |

Gurus seem to be specialists in sub niches of IM. To me: Frank Kern - Copywriting/Conversion guy Jeff Walker - Buzz Marketing/Psychological Marketing Jeff Johnson - SEO Maniac Rich Schefren - Business Systems Dude (Macro Business or strategy w/some tactics) John Reese - The Big Tester Gauher Chaudry - CPA/Paid Traffic Monster Ryan Deiss - Content Production Yeah, they all have common aspects (all of them must be connected to testing, tracking, good copywriting, conversion, list building, etc) just like every business has to have accountants, sales reps, and janitors. To me, they're all quite good to be achieving the levels of success they are, but is there really that big of a difference between what Toyota know about cars and what Mitsubishi knows? I don't think so. But hey - that doesn't mean I'm right! My $.02 -Lance |
