Dangers of Personal Information in Video

I am creating several videos in my niche, but the process requires me to access pages that have my sensitive data that I do not wish to share with the public.

I know you can easily scramble and hide/block sections of pages in video or in graphics when using tools like Camtasia, Snag it etc.

To those knowledgeable in these things, how easy is it to unscramble or unblock such concealed data?

I know Interpol managed to unscramble the image of a child molester a while back using software. Are blocked passwords, usernamesand bank accounts we see in IM proof of income videos really safe from comouter video and graphics experts?
