How Much To Charge?

I have an acquaintance/friend that I did a their company website for.
It was a favor but now is turning into something more.
They want me to be their little webmaster... and put me on a monthly retainer. Here's some of the things they want me to do.
Maintain the site.... - it has 100's or pictures of their product which changes regularly. They give me the pics... and I have optimize them for the web.
And I will SEO it by building a bunch of Satellite Sites linking to it....
I will do all the Squidoo, Hub page thing etc.
I will do the article thing... Ezines.. etc.
And I will do the social bookmarking and web 2.0 social site things to.....
etc. etc. etc.
Here's the question: I've never done this for $$$.... what do some of you charge for similar type of work? There friends, so I don't want to kill'em, but I figure I'll be at it at least 10 hours a week if not more.
Any suggestions? How would you approach it?
