Hello, the title of this thread is the message I get when using the ad diagnostic tool in Google adwords. I have contacted them only to receive a message back advising me to use the ad diagnostic tool, which I have already done.

My ads have been approved, my account has money in it, my keywords state that they are eligible, my quality score is 7/10 and I have set my bids to auto so it can't be an issue of not bidding enough.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I have went through all the steps that Google suggested and my ads are still not running after two days. It also seems that I will not get an answer form the adwords staff.

Are you trying to run Acai ads? You're not going to be able to run any ads with trademarks or company names (i.e. Acai). The Adwords Ad Editor should come back and let you know what the infraction is when you set it up.

Or if you're running ads on the content network, they all must be manually reviewed by Google before they'll run.

No, the ads or keywords are not on acai, they are simple ads and keywords such as lose weight blah blah blah, noting that can be trademarked and nothing that mentions pills, tablets or anything else that Adwords only allows under certain circumstances.
