There are so many accounts I check every morning...clickbank, pay.com., amazon, adsense, adbright, chitika, black label ads, this affiliate program and that affiliate program, paypal, and it just goes on and on.
![]() Are there any tools you guys use to consolodate or keep track? I'm sure there are affiliate programs I am using that I have forgotten about and never check. Oy. How do you organize all this and keep it straight?

I've heard good things about Statsjunky.
I use an Excel spreadsheet and a Macro software. |

Very easy and no need to buy some software. Using Google Chrome or firefox, simply bookmark all those pages on your browser and save the password at each site. So, when you need to go back you click on the bookmark and your login details will be filled in already and you just click submit to get in the site. Works for me and it's quite simple.

I use google documents to organize a lot of my business information so that if my computer crashes I still have my information saved somewhere. I put the site and password in googledocs then if I need to go to an account I can look up the password. google chrome is nice too, it just fills out the information for you.

Thanks guys, right now I use KeePass for holding onto all my passwords. This is a nifty little program that also works on my Android phone. I do also save them in FireFox and I use Delicious bookmarks to keep everything marked.
I love hearing about everyone else's methods and tools though, keep em coming! If there is something easier then what I'm doing that would be awesome! |

Excel spreadsheet to store passwords (though most are saved in Firefox)
And i just keep them all in a bookmarks toolbar or folder so i can easily access and open them without searching. In fact, just logged into a long lost affiliate account of mine to find i had earned commissions without even knowing it

I've got a Microsoft Word document for my individual products that I promote, and all the information needed to access accounts promoting that product is kept in that document. I don't keep passwords, because I use the same one with variations that I can remember. Just usernames.

One of the best tools is the group tabs buttons in Firefox. You can open up all your account tabs (grouped by type, social bookmarks, social networks, order processing) and then you can bookmark all tabs (Ctrl-Shift-D) and give the group a name.
Then all you have to do is save it to your browser bar and click it when you want them all to load at once. If you use a form filler (1password on the mac I use) or Roboform etc it can securely save and prefill your logins. This saves me a ton of time and I have these groups for everything (PPC, CPA, Stats, Payment Processors, Etc) Saves a ton of time All the best Sean |

Roboform all the way.... I couldn't live without it.
It can generate random passwords of any alpha numeric, character, length that you want then store them and then login to any site you need a password for all automatically. Also auto fills any form you want. Awesome tool too for online marketing registering for accounts quick. Theres more but you will have to see. ![]() Frank Bruno |

RoboForm has been a lifesaver for me...unless for some reason I need to remember the password and then I'm in a pickle and need to have a new password sent to me cause there is no way to remember them all.
For affiliate codes, I created a spreadsheet and saved it to my desktop for quick access. That has been a mega Life Saver! Good Luck |

I use firefox and bookmark all my affiliation, ad posting, forum posting and other website which I check and use regularly. I have excel sheet data base and I store the information with some password hint in file and save in my yahoo and gmail so that if my computer crush then I can download it again from anywhere any time.

Great ideas. I think I'll implement several (bookmarking and Google Doc etc.).
Google docs spread sheets should be especially useful with multiple email accounts since those can't easily be bookmarked... i.e.,all those Google accounts. More as a memory jogger to help me remember to check them all... Thanks! |
