Hi

I have just created a site called realestatefirsttimers.com

I am looking for feedback as well as some ideas or ways to drive traffic. Also if anyone is interested I would considering an affiliate program.

    Once they sign up, you've probably lost them and they won't buy this time. I would get a programmer to use AJAX and make that inline so it doesn't change to another page, or, redirect right back to the same page after they subscribe. Or... spit it into a squeeze page, then a sales page.

    Sorry to say this but you've asked:

    It looks dull and uninviting, very inconsistent, ugly colors (background), very 90's.
    Go instead with proper css templates.

    Here's a good example of what you can do, you can download this for free as well, and rework the way you want,

      I would hire someone to create a mini site template there are plenty of warriors that offer this service for dirt cheap. Make it pop!

    Have you heard about the upcoming FTC policies surrounding over-hyped income claims? Personally, I'd remove the word "Guaranteed" from the headline.

    As for traffic, have you tried article marketing? There are plenty of local keywords that work well in the real estate niche.
