honest advice wanted newbie

i am a newbie to all of this im, and i am currently searching for some niches to target.

this forum is great for everything im, i've been on the forum a couple of weeks now and learnt alot, i also became a war room member, which is worth every penny.

my question is:

once i find a good niche to target, what should i do to start in the bizz?

should i go down blogspot route with adsense?, or get myself a host provider, and some wordpress templates, clickbank, etc?

i like the idea of having my own website but, i dont mind paying for websites, i am worried about the aweber part.

i am worried i will start getting subscribers, but not know what to do with them, start getting charged high monthly fees without making any sales.

is this a trap easy to fall into (like ppc?) i have enough money to setup web hosting, but cant imagine were i would find the money for aweber, if i wasnt getting return on the traffic.

do you think i should get myself a website, build natural traffic (articles, indexing, meta tags, forum post, yahoo answers, etc..) start off my click bank, and then think about suscribers lists when i get consistant earnings?

sorry for the ramble, you can see im eager i feel i am just on the verge of understanding enough to take a dip, but just need that last bit of knowledge.

You could try setting up your site, with an opt-in form, and just keep the details of the subscribers. Then, when you have a sufficient list, you could subscribe with AWeber.

how would i get an opt in page?

i am right in thinking this would mean i had to write down the email addresses? (im okay with that for now, until it starts getting big)

    Hi Iwantmore,

I will suggest you a couple of things.

first, get to know your niches, find out what problems they are facing... search for content (read them first, judge the quality)

Then, create a website (buy a domain) with wordpress, well optimized aroung a very targeted keyword. you will have to invest a little bit in autoresponder (aweber or get response are the best ($19 MONTHLY)) and offer free stuffs to get the leads.

Choose a very good product, that you think can solve the problems that your prospects are facing, offer it to them as an affiliate.
(you can make good money with that)

    One more thing Iwantmore,

You have paid the war room membership and you thins it is worth every penny. For me pay the fee for a good autoresponder is worth it because your list is your most important asset behind your knowledge.

If you try hard and work hard I'm sure you business can generate easily the monthly fee.

i understand what your saying, and i dont deny having aweber would be best.

at the mo, i cannot guarantee that i have money at the end of the month to pay the aweber if i dont make sales. one off fees arent a problem as i can save for them, as and when, continuing payments are another matter.

i will do as advise with the research and see where we go from there.

Rule number one to making money online. Do not limit yourself to one stream of income. Adsense could drop you out at any moment and if thats all you have going for you well now your broke.

    1. Build a list (aweber or get response) its less then a buck a day if your not making that now then eh yeah im not sure whats going on
    2. Get yourself a blog if thats what you think you'll like doing *run adsense on it but very little some people seem to over populate it one key spot is plenty or people tend to get turned off from you blog* *also get some affiliate links where needed clickbank works great along with paydotcom*
    3. Keep at it your not going to see results right away it most likely will take you about 2 weeks to start to get ranked in search engines at all

For me, when you investing ia something you are adding faith on it. (it like saying you beleive in it) I strongly suggest you to have a PLAN, then sign up for the one month trial.

    your plan should include:
1- your wesite set up with your own domain name (wordpress)
2- Create different account for social marketing (hub, squidoo, youtube etc..)
3- write at 20 articles to submit to the EZA
4- Find and sign up to forums related to your TARGETED keywords
5- search for Free (valuable ) content that you can give away for leads.

More importantly, choose wisely your keyword and your domain name (they should be well targeted) and find a product that solve a problem in this particular niche.

Well you feel you are ready to take action, to work hard go sign up to aweber or getresponse and start promoting your website and offer people to sign up to download you Free content (ebooks, audio, video).... then offer them your product as an affiliate!

    Good luck!
