Default Unusual market - water testing

How many Warriors would be interested in purchasing reprint rights - not resale rights - for short fiction?

I write a lot. I mean, really, a LOT. And I batch up all these short stories and stuff, but honestly, submitting them to magazines and anthologies takes forever - sometimes eight months to get a response - and a lot of the usual markets have booked themselves to the gills and stopped taking submissions.

So I got to thinking, does anyone here ever buy things like that? Because it's not like the usual stuff, where you can sell it, it's more of a value-add for customers.
