How to promote classified ads site?

Some of you may or may not have heard of the Million Dollar Homepage where a guy was selling pixels on his site for $1.00 each. There was a million pixels and you could purchase however many you wanted and then put up a banner ad or whatever.

Well, I'm working on something a little similar but more for larger display ads and there are only 200 available on the page. I have the first one up and running at websites.200ads.com for you to see.

If you want to put up a free ad to your site, go ahead. Just click an available block and fill out the info (you'll need to create a 200x200 banner for your ad first). Then click the Paypal button. It will reserve your spot (it won't go to Paypal) and I'll manually add it to the site.

My plan is to create a bunch of these sites (I'm currently working on them now) for different niches. I'm looking for new ideas on how to promote them? I have a few but I'm looking for something to help create a buzz.
