I want to survey my blog readers using Survey Monkey. But I'm not sure which way to go about it.
Here are the three ways I was thinking... 1. In my autoresponder emails to subscribers. Maybe put it in a week after they subscribe? Or later? 2. Make one single blog post asking them to fill it out. But the bad thing about this is, it will be a one time shot. I would like to have it automated possibly so I can CONTINUE to gather data. 3. I could put a link to the survey in my sidebar on my blog. What methods do you think would be best? What has worked well for you? Thanks! |

I would use the first option, but probably use a couple weeks to a month. Give them time to get to know you and your posts.

Yeah, I think a few weeks would be ideal. That way it gives them time like you say. That is the method I'm leaning towards the most. Actually, I'm thinking about doing #1 AND #3. Not harm in it.
